Small but powerful, the full color folded map is conveniently sized at just 3 x 7 inches so it fits in your pocket when you go out to explore the city's energy sites. Opened up, it's a meter (39 inches) wide! If you want to post it on your wall, we recommend getting a nice flat poster, but taping 2 folded copies together is also possible.
We published 104,000 folding copies of the Powerful Green Map on 100% post-consumer recycled paper in early 2006. They are free!* And here's how to get one!
Pick Up Points are on the sides. Don't see one in your neighborhood? Help us arrange more Pick Up Points - we are happy to provide copies to libraries, schools, community centers, green shops and cafes, events, conferences and block parties, etc., for the next year or two, while supplies last (over 60% distributed, as of September 06).
If you would like one copy by mail, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Green Map, PO Box 249, New York, NY 10002-0249. Postage: 1 for 69 cents, 2 for 83 cents. Or, order 2 copies for $5 including postage through our online Store with your credit card, and help support our work in NYC. You can buy Green Maps from around the world, our posters, books, video and more, and help the global Green Map organization thrive too!
